"But The Gym Is Closing"

Wednesday, February 26, 2014

...so goes my favorite excuse to skip my workout for the day. Forget the fact that I've waited until nearly midnight to get my sweat on. It's way too late now, so I better rest up for tomorrow. And then, into the bed with a cup of tea and my current novel, I go.

If this is your main line to get out of a workout, check out these great HIIT workouts that you can do at home. I've tried some of these with great results while others are rather new to me. But the bottom line is, contrary to popular (or maybe just my) belief, you can get a hell of a workout in 15-25 minutes and at home. Consider this a sample of small manifesto of HIIT workouts I've collected over my fitness journey.

Tone It Up's HIIT Workout from the Love Your Body series
The great thing about this video is that the ladies formulated the moves to be super quiet. So, if you have people living beneath you, you can get your workout in without someone banging on their ceiling with a broomstick. Another good thing: it's only 18 minutes total! Wam bam, thank you ma'am. But don't be fooled. This workout (& pretty much every TIU workout) kicks my ass, which is bad, but oh so good too.

24-minute HIIT Routine
I discovered this routine in a workout book I owned a few years ago, and it was a major factor in helping me get fit the first time around. Consider it my "tried & true"; no matter what new exercises I find, I'll always rely on this one. It's longer than other HIIT workouts because it allows for a longer rest period (which you could always shorten to increase difficulty).

There are 4 exercises, performed one after the other, and then the entire set is repeated 6 times. You perform each exercise for 30 second and then rest for 30 seconds.

*note: I = increase difficulty; D = decrease difficulty

Squat Jump
I: Click your heels together when you jump as it requires you to jump higher; D: Do straight up squats.

Pushup to plank
I: Add a pushup after returning to pushup position; D: Remain in one position for the entire 30seconds.

Alternating Lunge
I = Add weight or try leaping lunges; D: Don't alternate until the next set

Jumping in place
I: Try tuck jumps; D: Lower your jump or just do toe raises.

The Catching Fire HIIT Challenge
Remember that note I left to myself after seeing Catching Fire in theaters? Must be as badass as Katniss Everdeen. Well, I'm trying to make good on it. Or at least I have every intention to. I barely got through one set with modifications and I nearly died. But I mean, even she's struggling through it and she is iinnn shape. It's a killer 12-minute routine and it's an entire 30-day series, which gives you a schedule and variety. I can't wait to start this challenge when I'm a bit more fit, but for those of you who are already there, you may find this to be just what you need. Check the video below; it's tough! (Warning: most of the instructors on this channel believe in very little material as clothing, so only view if you aren't offended by such things).

CHECK-IN #3: In the bustle of Mr. Big & Tall's birthday and Valentine's Day, I skipped the second weigh-in. But I'm down -11 since the first check-in! :)

12; 3; 4; 5 - me.

Sweating for Summer: Stocking Your Fridge

Friday, January 24, 2014

When I began my first weight loss journey, this quote popped up everywhere. From the fitblr community to the gym to my own mom, I was reminded in some way that the majority of my battle with fat would be fought in the kitchen. What?! I didn't want to believe it. I love food. Most girls figure out the correlation between unhealthy food and weight gain in high school. But I was a gymnast during most of high school; it didn't matter what I stuffed my face with, I was going to burn right through it during my three hour practice that night. All I knew was that 3 slices of greasy pizza 10 minutes before practice wasn't the best idea (I learned that the hard way), but other than that I ate what I wanted. But when I went off to college where I partied, ate whatever and just went to the gym 3-5 times a week, I learned quickly that those days were over. I was cursed with the freshman 15 and then some. Lesson learned: I love food, but I can't devour all of the milkshakes and fries. Life just isn't fair.

So, if abs are made in the kitchen after all, what the hell am I suppose to eat? Personally, it's not the cravings that get the best of me most days. It's more about what's in front of me. Whether it's a bowl of ice cream or a serving of frozen yogurt, a pot-full of pasta or a plate-full, I'm just as satisfied really. Seriously, it's like my eyes are way too big for my own good. So, the key for me, and I think for a lot of people (although perhaps for different reasons), is to give myself the healthiest choices. My first stop on my fitness journey isn't the gym; it's the supermarket. So I'm bringing you along with me. This is how I stock my kitchen to prepare for battle, err, the Sweating for Summer challenge.

You can skip down to see what I took home - I won't hold it against you :)

Probably my favorite part of Trader Joe's. I love fresh flowers. I just need to learn not kill them.

I always get my salad here. They're $4 a bag everywhere else!

Walk straight past this and over to the water. Even though they are pretty much the best juices ever :(

One of my favorite snacks. If you've never tried it, you need to.

A lot of people say don't buy frozen fish. And I get it, it's not as healthy as fresh fish. But see, if I bought fresh fish only, it would go bad in my fridge and I'd just end up ordering chinese. You see how this is a better option for me?

Now, for my shopping cart :)

Every time I go grocery shopping, I pick up fruits. Trader Joe's has one of the best produce sections in the city, and, in general, have the best prices (seriously, I feel like I'm getting scammed if I shop anywhere else). By replacing sugary snacks with slightly, less sugary fruits, I save myself the I-just-inhaled-that-cupcake-guilt. You know that guilt I'm talking about.

Vegetables are an essential part of healthy eating. Of course, there's salad, which is like the golden child of every diet ever made. I also like TJ's prepped mixed vegetables because they make eating healthy so easy.
I've been wanting to whip up some guac for a while now, but it always seems so daunting. With everything right in one place in this Guacamole Kit, I couldn't resist.

Fage yogurt is my favorite brand because of how amazing it tastes and how convenient it is. I love eating it with sliced strawberries, raspberries and granola on top. And I like the one with honey too.

Here are a few good snacks I stock my pantry with. I admit the Inner Peas? Not so yummy. But those dried cranberries and granola bars, I'm known to carry those two around with me. They hit the spot every time! Read what's on the boxes there. I think it's too cute.

And of course, it's not healthy living if there isn't water. Saratoga spring water is like drinking the water of life from a bottle, but I'm not so bougie that I won't grab a plastic bottle too. I'm about that zero calorie goodness no matter what!

CHECK-IN #1: -2.5 pounds. I probably shouldn't have stepped on the scale today. The weather in NYC for the past few weeks has been cold and snowy, and I'm always a few pounds heavier at this time of the month. But I weighed in anyway because I want to do this right.

Sweating for Summer (Even If It's Freezing Outside)

Friday, January 10, 2014

Getting fit (again) has been one of my perpetual new year's resolutions and this year is no different. Two days ago, I stepped on the digital scale I have tucked in the back of my closet for my sanity safe keeping, and the highest number I have ever seen popped up on the screen. I'm currently the heaviest I have ever been. And strangely, this didn't send me into a panic that began with a shattered scale and ended with a blubbering Kari slumped in the corner of my room. I just looked down at the number and calmly put the soul-crushing device back in the closet. My panic then commenced in the form of list-making. When things feel like they're spiraling out of control, I make a list of what I need to do because it grounds me. So, on Wednesday, I tore four marked pages out of an otherwise blank notebook and scribbled out a plan.

I've created a 25 week "Sweat for Summer" plan which will end on July 2nd (it began on Wednesday the 8th). During that time, I will be "checking in" every 2.5 weeks or so, which works out perfectly to 11 check-ins. This checking in business serves two purposes: (1) it keeps me on track for my ultimate goal, and (2) it holds me accountable. Three years ago, when I first lost quite a bit of weight, I had a fitness tumblr, which I'm convinced made a big difference because it provided support but also held me accountable . I won't be dedicating entire posts to check-ins as was the fitblr community norm (ie. no posts solely about how much weight I have or haven't lost & how I did it). But I do plan to add a line or two about my progress on check-in days, and I aim to write fitness- or health-themed posts on those days. Just in case you're interested, here are those dates: Jan 24th, Feb 9th & 25th, Mar 13th & 29th, Apr 14th & 30th, May 16th, Jun 1st & 17th, July 2nd.

Over the next 5+ months, I expect my fitness goals and routines will change, but for now I'm focusing primarily on interval running (one of my resolutions) and secondarily on a Valentine's Day themed workout. I recently discovered the lovely Karena & Katrina over at Tone It Up, whose fitness videos have already taken the YouTube and general community by storm, and I've been loving their Fat Burning Treadmill Workout.

Let me be clear. I do not complete this run as is. Let me be clearer. When I first found this right after Thanksgiving, I tried to run it as is. I died by the end of the first jogging interval. I'm terribly out of running shape. In fact, because I was never a runner, that doesn't really pertain - I'm just out of shape in general. So, I modify the hell out of this routine. I don't increase the incline at all, and I dramatically decrease the mph for each interval (ie. I jog at around 4.0 and sprint at 5.0). Even though I followed this workout on-and-off throughout December, Wednesday was my "starting over" day as I was out of the gym due to the holiday and caught a cold on New Year's Eve. But I'm really pushing myself every time I run, and hope to run at least according to the speeds above by the end of the month. Strangely enough, after downloading an app that beeps with the change of each interval and adding custom songs to each part, I'm excited to hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes most days. It also seems that this routine will teach me to pace myself when I run, making it an easier transition to running outside (which I really dislike at the moment but want to be able to do. I think).

There's also the Tone It Up Love Your Body Series, which seems like such a wonderful, confidence building workout. I'd love to add this to my routine as soon as I can plan it all out. The ladies of Tone It Up created this 6-week series to motivate women to get fit for Valentine's Day by finding their "confident, fit, and fierce" selves. Every Sunday, the weekly schedule is posted and it's as simple as following it. Plus, they are giving away prizes each week from both TIU and Victoria Secret Sport. I'm talking at you about all of this, and you're probably staring at your screen all like Kari, you're about a year late. Okay, well, why did you didn't tell me about this series then, huh? :)

But I bet you didn't know they have a t.v. show called Toned Up! (If you did, please don't kill my vibe.) I'm watching last week's episode as I type. Tune into Bravo at 10:30pm on Thursdays to watch.

I'm eager to start this "fitness journey". I expect this accountability is just what I need to kick my booty into gear. What are your fitness goals for the year? Let me know in the comments and let's keep each other motivated!

Finding Fitness

Wednesday, November 13, 2013

I've struggled with how to write this post for a while. In fact, a post titled "fitness journey" sat in my draft list as a placeholder almost since I started blogging. I knew I wanted to write about it. I just wasn't sure when or how, and I wanted to have enough content on here before I delved into it. So pardon me, while I fumble through my story.

As a child and teen, I was always active, taking my turn at ballet, dance, track, basketball and gymnastics, the last of which I practiced for 10 years. I struggled with my weight after I quit gymnastics during the summer before college, but entered my freshman year at PSU firmly in control of it. Somewhere within that four years of beer pong and partying, I lost control of my fitness again and graduated college at +70 pounds. I was embarrassed and tired and frustrated. Once I got back to New York for law school, I was determined not to feel that way, and I shed 55 pounds over the course of 18 months. Most of all, I felt more fit than I had felt in nearly 10 years - not quite the 130 pounds of muscle I use to be as a 16 year-old gymnast but feeling so in control of my body that it didn't matter.

Enter life. During my final semester of law school, the combination of personal happenings, academics and being the Editor-in-Chief of my law journal took up all the available space on my metaphorical plate, and I ate all of it without regard to what I was doing to myself. And within what felt like the blink of an eye, I was 30 pounds heavier. It was my clothing that first hinted at it - pants that wouldn't zip as easily, shirts that bunched around the buttons -, but I ignored it because there was too much going on to concern myself with it. I had to publish 2 journal issues, prepare for my client's case, study for finals and handle the life drama that pops up at the most inopportune moments. Then I had to register for the bar and prep courses, study for and then pass the bar. And all the while, I assured myself that it was just a few pounds and I'd shed them as soon as I got things settled. Fitness and exercise could wait, but these other things,  they could only be done right now.

Was I right? I'm not sure. To say that I was completely wrong, that you should always make time for exercise,  would be over-dramatic in my opinion (although I would say that a eating healthy is always possible and preferrable). I don't think it's that simple. Would I have rather maintained my weight instead of graduating law school and passing the bar? No, I can't say that. (Bleh, that sounded like a brag, but I didn't mean it that way.) All I know is that I'm +30 pounds away from feeling fit and I'm not happy with the way that feels.

So there's my story. The tale of how I found fitness and than lost it (or gave it away depending on how you look at it). It's quite depressing now that I read it back, and I find myself frustrated that I let it all happen to me, instead of making things happen. I know that my solution is to go back to my roots a.k.a the way I did things 3 years ago when I was dedicated to feeling and looking better (a journey I documented on my fitblr, which you can find here although I never post anymore). And I know that I'm going to find fitness again. I know that I have to.

Gym Essentials

Tuesday, October 15, 2013

In yesterday's post, I mentioned that I was searching for my perfect workout schedule, that is if such a thing even exists. So, in the spirit of kicking my butt further into gear and having some fun with pictures, I've created a collage of gym essentials, which includes items I simply need to workout as well as items in my gym bag.

1. Sneakers - These Nike Lunarglide 5 sneakers are like walking on clouds but with divine support beneath your wings. They put that bit of spring in your step when you need it most at the end of a grueling workout, and are great for any workout you choose.
2. Sports bra - Right now, I have 2 Nike sports bras just like this one, but I'm looking into different brands for better support. As a woman who has been blessed, I need all the support I can get, and I'm not sure that this is the penultimate. I'm thinking of adding a Victoria's Secret (p.s. VS has major coupons for the next few days!) or a Moving Comfort one to my collection. Any suggestions?
3. Tshirt/Tank - The tshirt pictured above is an Under Armour one, of which I have 3, and I also have a few Nike DriFit tees as well. I want that awesome tank above from this etsy shop, but otherwise I workout in tanks from Forever 21 or Victoria's Secret.
4. Yoga pants - I'm obsessed with Victoria's Secret yoga pants and wear them to lounge around my apartment or run a quick errand as well. I also own 2 pairs of cropped ones. Aside from a few random pants, these are the only workout pants I own. Plus, there's always a 2 for $55 deal and I'm convinced everyone looks amazing in them!
5. Water bottle - Any water bottle will do and, quite frankly, I usually just grab a plastic one.
6. iPhone & headphones - A must have. If I leave for the gym without them, I turn back around. I usually listen to Pandora radio playlists like Dance Cardio Dance and Pop & Hip Hop Power Workout.
7. Gym bag - I don't always carry a bag with me because I live so close to my gym (I just grab my #6 and keys). But when I do, I bring this American Apparel bag along. It's made of nylon and is just big enough to hold your essentials without flopping around. Plus, the yellow color makes me happy.
8. Hair accessories - I don't like wearing hair ties when I exercise. They tend to move and slip in my hair, and when they do, they snag. Besides, hair ties leave an ugly dent in my hair when I let it down :\ Instead, I wrap my hair in a bun on the top of my head and secure it with a clip or a few bobby pins.
9. Hygiene products - Like I said, I usually just run to the gym and return home to clean up, but if I'm coming from school/work or running around afterwards, I always have these products in my gym bag: Simple cleansing facial wipes, Lady Mitchum deodorant, Victoria's Secret vanilla lace body mist, and a LaVanila Vanilla Blackberry rollerball (my gym has body wash that I'll use).
10. Towel - My gym provides towels but sometimes, it's nice to have your own.

What are your gym essentials?

That Limbo Between Law School & Real Life and a Quaint Little Flat in London

Wednesday, September 4, 2013

Today's topic: "If you could take three months off from your current life and do anything in the world, what would you do?"

This is actually a pretty terrifying question now that I sit down and commit myself to answering it. Before now, it was just this abstract future question to which I thought I'd simply answer "travel, of course". But in some ways, today's prompt is actually real life for me right now. Well, sort of. As a recent law school graduate and bar examinee, I am currently in this state of limbo. I've just finished schooling and I don't have an employer banging down my door to hire me just yet. For now, I just am :) So, in a way, my question could be restated "Now that you have nothing to do, what are you going to do?"

Get Fit! - again. I've mentioned fitness a few times already in my blog posts because it's a pretty big concern for me. I began and finished law school heavier and pretty out of shape. Although I lost quite a bit of weight in between, you'd never know if I didn't have the pictures to prove it because I gained a majority of it back over the past 3 years. So, I'm currently dedicating myself to working out daily and most days, twice daily. With no other real obligations, aside from the never-ending job search, I hope to see some results soon. Because I have to be able to outrun that attacker with a machete and an AK47, chasing me for all the secrets I possess but shouldn't know about. I can't be the only one who watches action movies actresses (like Angelina Jolie in Salt) and says "If I had to run that long I'd die. Ah, I have to be fit so I can escape the corrupt government officials!" Oh, I am? Well, OK. *Buries head in sand.*

Write a Novel. Or a short story, or a series of paragraphs even. Just write things. Over the years, I've never really had the time to fully develop a story. I'd jot down a character sketch or two, outline a scene here or there, and maybe even write out a make-shift chapter of some random story if I could. But I could never immerse myself in my characters, in their stories, and resurface with something worthy of calling a coherent piece from start to finish. I salivate over the prospect of such things.

Assuming that money wasn't an option, I'd do this all in London (just for the record, Paris comes in at a close second!). Last year, I spent a week or so in the UK, specifically at Oxford University for a short study abroad program. We visited a few law firms in London and as I stalked through the streets in the most uncomfortable dress shoes I have ever worn (seriously, of all places to do this), I vowed to return (& in comfty shoes!). So in this dream state of 3 months off with all necessary funding, I'd rent a flat not unlike this one in the heart of London.
I'd spend quite a bit of the day lounging in that plush cream, embroidered chair, reading many of the books on the shelves.

I'd relish in the view I woke up to daily.

I'd sit at that vintage desk as I wrote & gaze out of the floor-length window when I was in need of inspiration.
Via VRBO
I'd have tea and crumpets in this little nook.

I'd run alongside these fellow travelers in Hyde Park and run a bit further every time.

At night, I'd marvel in the beauty that surrounds me.

Basically, I'd fall head over heels in love with my life.

So that's it. Running away from bad guys + writing a few (thousand) paragraphs + a million dollar London apartment = totally feasible, right?

What would you do with your 3 months off? In the comments below, let me know or direct me to your blog so I can read all about it!

5 Fitness Tips to Starting and Sticking With It

Thursday, August 29, 2013

Making the decision to become fit is a hard one to make and an even harder one to stick to. Sometimes, it seems impossible to get on track and just stay there. Well, I've compiled a few of my most effective tips for the journey. These are tips I frequently fall back on and they keep me afloat. I hope they can be your life boat too.

1. Clean out yo fridge!
The death of any healthy eating plan is the forgotten package of cookies and the stash of Halloween candy found deep in a pantry when a sweet craving hits. The ideal solution? Don't even have these killers in the house. But situations are rarely ideal, and so I suggest cleaning out your fridge and pantry and only leaving a few goodies behind. I know it's not realistic to have a refrigerator full of nothing but fruits and vegetables, but having plenty of them on hand gives you an alternative healthier snack for those late night cravings. The less of the sugary stuff around, the less you'll eat. And if suddenly you have to have that cupcake, you'll just have to walk out to your local coffee shop to get it (bonus points for extra cardio!). If you live with others and can't just toss those goodies, reorganize your cupboards, putting them in a place that's too high to reach easily or that you normally wouldn't look for them. Out of sight, out of mind, right?
You know what they say. If it tastes too good to be true, it probably is. Well, that's not exactly the saying but you get the point.

2. Water, water everywhere & every drop to drink.

My excuse for not drinking water use to be because I hate tap water (Seriously, I can taste the difference) and bottled water is too expensive. I now purchase my bottled water by the liter from Trader Joe's at $0.69 per bottle. And the aversion to tap water isn't a reason anymore either as Brita filters convert yucky sewer water (Ok, I'm overdoing it) into crystal clear drinking water. Drinking water may possibly be the tip on this list that is the simplest and yields the most benefits. Other tips may keep you motivated and help you avoid the occasional slip up, but water can make or break your fitness journey. I kid you not. Not only are you not "drinking your calories" and suppressing your appetite, but you are also supplying your body with the nutrients it needs as 70% of your body mass is made up of H20.
Click here to read about some major results of simply drinking water daily.

3. Become a bag lady. Carrying little snacks with you is doing yourself a huge favor. Sure, you risk looking like a crazy bag lady, pulling things out of your purse that don't seem to belong. But ultimately, walking around with that extra large bottle of water or random fruits can be a lifesaver. Instead of buying a quick and usually unhealthy snack from the bodega on your afternoon break, pull out that emergency orange and relish in the fact that you've made a much better decision. One of the best snacks to carry along is a bag of almonds as almonds do an excellent job of curbing your appetite (Read more about the benefits of almonds here).

4. Be a regular. Choose something active to do and attend it weekly. Every Saturday morning, I rush off to a Zumba class at my local gym. Dancing around to salsa music for nearly an hour doesn't seem like a dread-worthy activity, does it? That's because it's not! I look forward to it every week and so I rarely miss the class. And it can burn upwards of 600 calories in a 50-minute session! What are you waiting for? Find a Zumba class in your neighborhood or seek out a weekly, calming yoga class. Alternatively, your regular activity doesn't have to be something in a gym. Going for a walk one night a week, bike riding through the park on Sunday afternoons or taking a hike counts too.

5. Reward yourself, but not with food - you're not a dog.
While I was active in the fitness tumblr community (by active, I mean posting multiple times a day as opposed to my lurking and sporadic posting these days), this was a quote that popped up frequently. Only dogs get treats for tricks. As women (or men!), we deserve something for a "job well done", but when your goal is fitness, there are better options than a pint of chocolate chip cookie dough. Because my fitness goals are based on actual numbers on the scale as I am aiming to shed the extra weight, I gift myself a little something for every few pounds lost. Here are some wonderful ideas for rewards: go shopping for a new pair of heels, take a long luxurious bubble bath, pick up a calorie counter watch, splurge on that LORAC blusher you've been eyeing, treat yourself to a massage or a spa day, foot the expense of a teeth whitening session  - hell, even a brave the pain of a commemorative tattoo if you're daring enough!

The Next Stop is: Sweat Junction

Sunday, August 11, 2013

I've completely fallen off the "workout wagon," and have been merrily riding the overeating and 2AM cookie train all the way to the end of the line. Now that there's no good excuse for lounging around and eating copious amounts of sweets (Is there ever really a good excuse for it?), I'm getting off at Sweat Junction. See what I did there? :) For anyone who's looking to jumpstart their workouts and see quicker results, here's my program for the next few weeks:

Workout Program
I've created a workout plan that will kickstart my journey to a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle. Enter the two-a-days. When you google search "two-a-day workouts", you get results concerning men's fitness and body building. But I really think these types of workouts can be beneficial to women too if done correctly.

For my first workout in the morning (or as close to the morning as I can get it!), I aim to complete an hour of cardio. That's right - an entire hour. Don't give me that shocked/quisitive look. Yes I'm aware that most people aim for about 35 minutes of cardio per day (doctor's orders!). I get that and I respect it, but this isn't a "let-me-get-a-quick-burn-in-before…" workout. This is a "let's-whip-this-fat-ass-back-into-shape" workout and the ultimate goal is to sweat.

My afternoon/late evening workout although shorter than the morning one is much tougher, and its mostly about conditioning and very light weight training (remember the goal is to shed fat not build or tone muscle at the moment). During this session, I get into the plyometrics and HIIT workouts. Each night, I choose one of five routines, all of which usually take me between 20-30 minutes to complete and all of which were created by the lovely Lisa Marie (see her full YouTube fitness channel here; she's amazing and riipppeeeddd). Here's 2 of her HIIT videos that have been kicking my butt nightly:

Nutrition Program
I must disclaim before I begin that I am not a nutritionist or health specialist in any way. I am simply someone who has shed the weight before and is trying to do it again. All of my tips regarding nutrition and healthy eating are the product of my own personal research and experiences.

First and, in my opinion, the easiest change to make is my liquid intake. Most of the drinks I consume are water, which includes sparkling water flavored with a Crystal Light packet (It tastes just like soda, I swear!).

Secondly, if you are intending to kickstart your fitness, a regular "no dessert after dinner" alteration just won't cut it. This plan requires a diet that is very clean (the dreaded "d" word, which is only appropriate here); enough to get you through the day which now includes 2 workouts, but not indulging yourself. Basically, it is meant to function as somewhat of a cleanse. My meals usually consists of lean protein and a vegetable, like an egg white, tomato and mushroom omelette for breakfast, grilled chicken in a salad for lunch or a tilapia fillet with grilled zucchini and asparagus for dinner. Fresh fruits replace any snacks and can usually satisfy any sweet craving that rears its ugly head. My absolute favorite sweet tooth snack is ½ grapefruit with a  ½ teaspoon of sugar. If you've never tried it, do so! Grapefruit is also known to be an excellent appetite suppressant, which means you won't be raiding your pantry at midnight.

This is my second time around in the quest for a fit lifestyle, and I surely hope this is the last time I'll need to stop at Sweat Junction. For anyone else making this emergency stop with me, good luck! We got this :)

xoxo,
